We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team full-time and take ownership of identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across our target markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across allocated target markets
Conduct proactive outbound activity including cold calls, warm introductions, and in‑person meetings
Qualify prospects to ensure strong commercial and strategic fit
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract execution
Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions
Represent the business professionally at industry events and client meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity, pipeline, and results
Consistent acquisition of new clients
Delivery of profitable new revenue in line with targets
Strong pipeline coverage that supports ongoing growth
High‑quality wins, not discount‑driven deals
Positive internal and external feedback on professionalism and execution
Proven experience in new business development or sales
Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision‑makers
Resilient, self‑motivated, and outcomes focused
Able to manage your own time, territory, and priorities
Experience in professional services, technical services, environmental, industrial, or B2B solutions (highly regarded but not essential)
Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within WA
