font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage cross-functional projects focused on problem-solving, process improvement, and operational excellence. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead Kaizen events and improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead facility layout and workstation design projects to improve workflow, reduce labor effort, and optimize the use of space, equipment, and resources. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze products, manufacturing processes, and business operations to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across the value stream. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain labor standards to support accurate product costing and resource planning. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and implement opportunities to improve labor productivity and drive year-over-year performance gains. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promote and coach Lean principles, continuous improvement practices, and an Operational Excellence culture throughout the site. </span></li><li style="line-height: 15pt;
