Position Description The Manufacturing Production Supervisor at Applied Medical plays a critical lead role in driving operational excellence on the production floor. This position ensures the efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of innovative medical devices that support patient care worldwide.

As a key leader within the manufacturing team, the Manufacturing Team Leader oversees Production Associates, optimizes workflows, and fosters collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise a large team of Production Associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor and manage daily production processes to achieve timely and accurate manufacturing of medical devices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, logistics, and engineering, to streamline workflows and resolve production challenges.</li><li>Train and develop team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality control measures.</li><li>Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to maintain smooth operations and alignment on priorities.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process enhancements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and company policies throughout all manufacturing activities.</li></ul>Success in This Role Looks Like<ul><li>Achieve production goals consistently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.</li><li>Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability, engagement, and professional growth.</li><li>Lead effective pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities, safety reminders, and performance expectations.</li><li>Develop subject matter expertise in manufacturing processes and serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams.</li><li>Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support organizational objectives.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.</li></ul> Position Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Proven history of leading large teams.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.</li><li>Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.</li><li>Ability to work in cleanroom and laboratory environments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul> Preferred The following skills and attributes are preferred<ul><li>Two to three years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience managing teams in medical device manufacturing or similar regulated industries.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.</li><li>Familiarity with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) or similar enterprise systems.</li></ul> Benefits <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Competitive compensation range: $22 - 27 / hour (Nevada).</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Training and mentorship opportunities.</li><li>Education reimbursement program.</li><li>401(k) program with discretionary employer match.</li><li>Generous vacation accrual and paid holiday schedule.</li></ul>Please note that the compensation range may be adjusted in the future, and bonus and incentive compensation plans may apply.Our total reward package reflects our commitment to employee growth and well-being, as we invest in your development and offer a range of benefits designed to enhance your career and life.All compensation and benefits are subject to plan documents and written agreements.
