The Commercial Services Business Manager serves as a trusted strategic partner and primary executive support resource to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role combines executive administration, project management, business operations, and strategic execution to drive commercial priorities, support business growth, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The Commercial Services Business Manager plays a critical role in managing executive operations, coordinating key initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of the Commercial organization's goals and objectives. This position will be based in Fort Myers, FL.
Serve as a strategic liaison between employees, the Commercial Leadership Team, and the Chief Commercial Officer to drive alignment, communication, and execution of commercial priorities and business objectives
Manage the CCO's complex calendar, travel, communications, and executive priorities to maximize efficiency and ensure focus on key business initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of the CCO, managing communications, coordinating requests, and handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, customer engagements, and key company events, ensuring meetings are planned, organized and effective
Develop and prepare executive communications, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders; inclusive of customer engagement and community events
Support the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team by anticipating needs, coordinating activities, preparing recommendations and materials, and assisting with the execution of key business decisions and priorities
Track strategic initiatives, leadership commitments, key deliverables, and organizational priorities to ensure accountability, alignment, and successful execution across the Commercial organization
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Corporate functions to enhance collaboration, remove barriers, and drive business results
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major commercial events and programs, including President's Club, customer-facing events, leadership summits, recognition programs, and onboarding initiatives
Identify and recommend organizational, operational, and strategic improvements that enhance commercial performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable business growth
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related scientific field; Master’s degree a plus
3+ years in business or operations administrative support with strong analytical and digital capabilities
Proven track record of leadership through influence
Strong project management experience with exceptional organizational skills
Success in operational coordination
In addition to tangible skills such as computer, data, and tools literacy, work experience, and organizational skills, this position needs intangible qualities such as values, loyalty, and good instincts
Resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate what is needed by constantly looking ahead, and with great foresight
