Modular Medical’s Pivot™ tubeless insulin patch pump was FDA-cleared in April 2026 and is now with real patients — built for the many insulin-dependent adults still on daily injections. Founded by the inventor of the Tandem t:slim pump, our mission is diabetes care for the rest of us.
As National Diabetes Clinical Training Manager, you are the clinical voice of Pivot — to the providers who prescribe it, the patients who wear it, and the field team who represent it. You’ll lead our Clinical Educators, certify our sales force, and personally onboard patients new to pump therapy. Reports to the Director of Sales.
Lead, train, and develop our team of Clinical Educators.

Run individual and group pump onboarding for patients and caregivers, including MDI-to-pump transitions, with structured follow-up.
Lead educational events and webinars, and build relationships with diabetes advocacy organizations and patient communities.
Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to keep training consistent with FDA-cleared labeling and promotional review, feed field insight back into the product, and ensure complaints and adverse events are reported per 21 CFR 803.

Excellent facilitation and adult-learning skills, in person and virtual, for clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurance meeting company standards.
