SAP Solution Architect – Manufacturing & Operations (m/f/d)

Your Impact You will shape how manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and service processes are designed and executed across the enterprise—ensuring scalable, integrated, and business-relevant SAP solutions in a highly regulated environment. This role is critical to driving operational excellence across production and operations by connecting business requirements with robust SAP capabilities across Quality Management, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, and Customer Service.

What You Will Drive End-to-end solution architecture for SAP QM, PP, PM, and CS , ensuring scalable and integrated manufacturing and operations processes Translation of business requirements into structured, future-ready SAP solutions aligned with operational goals Integration of SAP Manufacturing & Operations processes with adjacent business domains and enterprise systems Support and contribution to S/4HANA transformation initiatives and global template rollouts Alignment between operational requirements, system capabilities, and delivered business outcomes Technical workshops, stakeholder alignment, and requirements definition across global teams Compliance with operational, maintenance, and quality standards in regulated environments Continuous improvement of system usability, process efficiency, and operational stability Troubleshooting and solution support for critical SAP Manufacturing & Operations processes in productive environments Development and optimization of preventive maintenance concepts and operational templates What You Bring Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in SAP Solution Architecture or SAP Consulting within Manufacturing & Operations Strong expertise in SAP QM, PP, PM, and CS Solid understanding of: Quality Management and inspection processes Production Planning and manufacturing execution Plant Maintenance and asset reliability Customer and Technical Service processes Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern ERP environments Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, integrations, and ERP architectures Experience working in international and matrixed organizations Exposure to regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare is a plus Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English ; German is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally Why Join Us Shape the future of global manufacturing and operations processes in a highly regulated environment Play a key role in S/4HANA transformation and operational standardization initiatives Operate at the intersection of business, operations, and technology Drive scalable solutions with visible impact across production, maintenance, quality, and service functions Work in a collaborative, international environment with strong cross-functional exposure Be part of a transformation toward greater integration, operational excellence, and “One Team” execution at Fresenius Kabi Apply now and help us shaping #FutureFresenius
