You will lead hands-on process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting studies, converting raw data into scientific recommendations.

Acting as a technical authority, you will support commercial success through direct customer consultations, strategic partnerships, training programs, and thought leadership activities (webinars, conferences) in collaboration with internal R&D and marketing teams</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Key Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Act as the primary SME in Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, providing expert guidance on both batch and integrated bioprocesses. Design and execute hands-on process development, scale-up, and implementation activities following self-developed protocols.</span></p></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Process and analyze raw data </span></p></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Lead scale-down studies to support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process optimization.</span></p></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Work closely with clients' technical teams, delivering consultative and hands-on guidance. </span></p></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;"><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Engage in and deliver thought leadership activities, including industry conference presentations, seminars, customer trainings, and webinars.
