External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role:The QC Laboratory Technician I performs entry level quality control functions requiring basic-level production lab skills.

Quality Control functions may include, but are not limited to:<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organize, track materials/QC samples received for various QC analysis</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operational running of all QC equipment proficiently</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for Pass/Fail of product per established specifications</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and maintain QC product standard level</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure product quality objectives are achieved</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Inform QC Manager or Production Management of all relevant production quality issues and failure trends that affect delivery</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review, follow, and update work instructions and processes as needed</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track priority runs and ensure that all special QC testing is performed</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand and properly use LIMS for each quality control step</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and analyze failed or problem product. Ensure conformance of QC testing</li></ul> Physical Attributes:<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reaching: extending arm(s) to touch or grasp something</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Auditory: perceiving sounds at typical range, understand the speech of another person</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Speaking: Speak clearly so listeners can understand</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sitting (constant): be in a position in which one’s weight is supported by the buttocks and one’s back is upright</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Standing (constant): maintain an upright position, supported by one’s feet</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lifting: pick up objects and move to a different position</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bending: incline body downward by bending spine at the waist and/or bending legs</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Pushing/Pulling: exert force on something to move it away from or toward oneself</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Vision: Near and far acuity, depth perception, ability to identify/distinguish colors</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strength: Exert up to 30 pounds</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Climbing: Ascending or descending using feet and legs and/or hands and arms</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand(s)</li></ul> Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Associate Degree in any discipline</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6+ months laboratory experience</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree in any discipline</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years laboratory experience</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to multitask and prioritize</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong computer skills (MS Office)</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Environmental conditions</li></ul> Pay Range for this position: $21-$32/hourThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position.

The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
