Find your future at Revvity Hiring in Euroimmun Poland Wrocław - Revvity Group Key Responsibilities: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and termination processes.
Handling employee inquiries directed to the HR team through various communication channels, including email (Outlook), internal chat, and the HR Solvve platform. Managing document workflows and maintaining employee records and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
Maintaining the relationship with the payroll service provider and submitting the necessary data for payroll processing. Overseeing payroll processes for the following countries: Israel, South Africa, and Poland (in a support capacity).
Overseeing the benefits process for employees in Poland. Overseeing leave administration, time and attendance tracking, and data integrity in the HRIS system.
Administering employee benefits and collaborating with external benefits providers. Regularly updating digital resources for employees in Poland (SharePoint, RISE, HR Solvve, etc.).
Preparing and analyzing HR and payroll reports for local and regional stakeholders. Collaborating with the Site HRBP and Site HR Manager on more complex cases, including support for management in Poland.
Providing operational support and acting as a backup in recruitment processes and employer branding activities. Collaborating with regional and global HR teams on projects and initiatives.
Requirements: Education & Experience Higher education degree; preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Law, Administration, or related disciplines Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR Operations / HR Administration role Practical knowledge of Polish labor law and regulations related to employee documentation Core Competencies Comprehensive experience in HR administration, covering the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, personnel files), payroll processes and collaboration with payroll service providers, employee benefits administration, and time & attendance management Experience working with ticketing and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Optima, or similar) Experience in project-based collaboration with regional or global HR teams Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office , particularly Excel (HR and payroll reports, data analysis) Soft Skills & Language Requirements Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness Strong communication and interpersonal skills , including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of management Customer-oriented mindset — proactive approach to handling employee inquiries Very good command of English — working in an international environment What we offer: Private healthcare including dental care Life and long-term disability insurance Gym card (MULTISPORT), Hybrid model of working Referral awards, Internal career development opportunities in multiple business areas, … and up to 4 additional days of vacation #LI-Hybrid
