Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE Responsibilities Essential duty is to support daily activities for all Aerospace departments Fatigue data input: Analyze LCF data, Lims data entry, and frame input Fatigue crack growth measurements – perform and develop improved process Run machining and testing equipment Project management/coordination Client communication Review and update current processes and equipment Develop new testing methods Excel template validation/creation Develop and maintain training manuals and TPM information Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system Skills / Qualifications Enrolled in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Materials Engineering college courses Hands-on job Sound mechanical bias Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player attitude Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
