The role brings objective, versatile and data-driven measurement to learning agendas, validation methodologies and supports in data analysis for media decisions across key partners including Google, Meta and IPG/Omnicom/BOND. This role acts as a neutral analytical counterbalance to partner recommendations, validates that guidance shared with country clusters is incremental, scalable and evidence-based, and equips Bayer Consumer Health to lead more credible partner conversations with stronger subject matter expertise on measurement, data, clarity and confidence.

This role is part of Media & Creative Effectiveness capability vertical within Insights & Analytics (I&A) Home. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 18 320 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
