
This is an In-field position with the objective to raise awareness of the assigned AbbVie’s products to Healthcare professionals across Lithuania to enhance patient outcomes by covering the following areas.
It's important to note that this role is a maternity cover, providing an opportunity to somebody with a can-do attitude to enter a commercial function within the pharmaceutical industry. Experienced applications are also welcome! The estimated duration of the contract is 18-24 months, after which there may be opportunities to transition into a permanent role (not guaranteed).
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Achieve the set goals and KPIs for assigned therapeutic areas and territory.
Develop target list of customers in accordance with product strategy.
Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account and call) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and decision makers.
Be the local expert of assigned products; Deliver the medical information related to the products of responsibility to customers in compliance with company’s strategy and applicable regulations.
Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to the customers.
Use promotional materials according Business Unit strategy and applicable regulations.
Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.
Organize live and virtual events with the customers and deliver presentations.
Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs in a win-win approach.
Provide clear feedback to Direct Manager, report, and track progress with regards to different marketing campaigns, applied product strategies.
Provide relevant data to Direct Manager for monthly dashboard, highlights, S&OP, business reviews in accordance with agreed timelines.
Prepare the visit and activities plan and enter the realized visit information to the CRM system on a weekly basis.
Complete reporting into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.
Realize pre-planned visits in accordance with the customers segmentation and to comply with visit frequencies.
Update the records of the territory and customers regularly in a timely manner.
Provide workplace data accuracy in all records and reports, concerning the field of responsibility.
Following the receipt of information about adverse effects or product complaints about company products, deliver the same information promptly to Medical Department within 24 hours of receipt according to the set procedure.
Through effective contribution and participation in Brand Team activities, plan and ensure implementation of the commercial Brand strategy, tactical Brand activities and innovative projects
Support Brand Manager in the development and execution of product strategies, promotional programs and projects etc.
Share best practices to enhance business success for assigned products across the Baltic team.
Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise, and share this knowledge and experience with the team.
Obtain a deep understanding of the emerging multi-stakeholder environment.
Support Brand Manager in developing tactical Brand Plans, collect and share in-field insights.
Provide necessary in-field insights and support in promotional materials creation.
Comply with all ethical and business standards of the company
Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures, report any EHS incidents (car accidents or work-related injuries) promptly to EHS Liaison and Direct Manager
Experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry preferred
Proven track record of success within Neurology preferred
Healthcare market understanding
Successful customer relationship management experience
Account and Territory Management experience
Ability to develop and manage projects cross-functionally
Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process
University degree, ideally in a Scientific/Health related discipline
Fluent Lithuanian language, good English
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Excellent computer skills
Valid Driving License
