About Terrestrial Bio, Inc.
Terrestrial is transforming the delivery of next-generation therapies, starting with GLP-1.
Terrestrial's proprietary Tacterra™ microarray patch (MAP) and applicator platform consists of a patch resembling an
adhesive bandage, which is applied with a preloaded applicator and removed after a few minutes. Once applied, each patch
delivers bioactive tips into the skin, which dissolve quickly into the body, rapidly releasing their therapeutic payload.
Designed for self-administration, the temperature-stable Tacterra™ platform enables precise, controlled delivery of a wide
range of therapeutics without medical sharps or refrigeration.
Terrestrial has generated strong clinical and in-vivo proof of concept across multiple molecules. For more information, visit
This is a direct, hands-on seat in cGMP manufacturing — you'll be the one operating the equipment and executing the batch
records that turn our platform into product. You'll work with real formulation equipment (fluid dispensers, mixers, pumps,
filtration systems), run the in-process testing that keeps production on spec, and see your work move straight into the
pipeline. It's a strong entry point into regulated biotech manufacturing, with room to grow as the operation scales.
● Perform cGMP formulation operations according to documented procedures and batch records
● Operate formulation equipment — fluid dispensers, mixers, pumps, filtration systems
● Complete batch records, logbooks, and test records following Good Documentation Practices
● Run in-process testing: pH, density, filter integrity, API concentration
● Contribute to root cause analyses and process development investigations
● Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance
● Support process development efforts as needed
● Follow all safety guidelines — PPE, chemical handling, emergency procedures
● 2+ years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (chemical, biotech, medical device, or
biopharmaceutical); clean room experience preferred
● High school diploma required; associate's degree or trade certification preferred
● Strong lab technique — pipetting, weighing, mixing solutions, aliquoting, documentation
● Comfortable working in both laboratory and clean room environments
● Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and on a team
● An entrepreneurial drive to make an impact on global human health
