Build handling and post-harvest partnerships, activate scalable service models, and ensure sustainability through responsible practices, quality assurance, and traceable supply chains.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Responsible for steering the Food Value Chain initiative, expanding it to multiple crops, locations of key accounts & accountability for P & L for FCP business (with enhanced focus on MWB crops)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Initiating new partnerships with key food chain players & create new business opportunities; develop and maintain healthy relationships with key external</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">stakeholders in assigned geographies</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Developing sustainable plant protection solutions with respect to the needs of the food value chain</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Work closely with the commercial unit sales and marketing teams on implementation strategies</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Support growth in seed treatment product business by leveraging value chain partnerships and developing special projects at CU level</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Establish strong base for Seed growth business by developing relations with regional, small size seed companies and creating seed treatment hubs  with Corporate retail partners, BLF, F PO and other initiatives.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Activate a service-based model by identifying and leveraging monetization opportunities across the value chain</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Graduate preferably in Agriculture</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• 3 - 5 years of experience in Agri Input Sector</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Crop and Portfolio Knowledge</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">• Customer focus, Manges complexities, Courage, Networking & Collaboration</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partnership & stakeholder management skills.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Ever feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
