Asia Product Supply Enabling (Data solutions and Insights) POSITION PURPOSE: Drives data, analytics, and digital transformation capabilities across the product supply to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and end-to-end visibility.

This role partners closely with CP and S&T production, Supply Chain Management (SCM), commercial teams, IT, and external solution providers to convert business challenges into data-driven insights, dashboards, and digital solutions.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data Science & Advanced Analytics<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support Product Supply decision-making.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build machine learning models to improve demand forecasting, supply planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Apply statistical modelling, forecasting techniques, optimization, simulation, and scenario analysis to solve complex business problems.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct hypothesis testing, root-cause analysis, and exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities and quantify business impact.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop analytical frameworks to improve operational performance, customer experience, and supply chain resilience.</li></ul>2.

Data Engineering, Visualization & Insights<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and maintain scalable analytical assets, data models, and data pipelines using modern analytics tools and programming languages.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions that provide actionable business insights.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Define, monitor, and publish operational and performance KPIs across Product Supply functions.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure analytical outputs are reliable, repeatable, and aligned to business requirements.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Enable self-service analytics and reporting capabilities for business stakeholders.</li></ul>3. Data Strategy, Governance & Quality<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and implement data governance practices aligned with Product Supply objectives.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Partner Services, Manufacturing, and Master Data teams to improve data quality and integrity.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Establish standards for data management, model governance, documentation, and analytical best practices.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and governance standards.</li></ul>4.

Digital Transformation & Innovation<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Contribute to the Product Supply digital and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational and regional strategy.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify opportunities to automate decision-making, reduce manual effort, and simplify business processes.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Influence future data, analytics, and digital platform capabilities through business-driven recommendations.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support AI and advanced analytics adoption across the Product Supply organization.</li></ul>5. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner with Product Supply stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into analytical use cases and digital solutions.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with regional and global teams to prioritize opportunities and maximize business value.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Serve as a trusted advisor on data, analytics, AI, and digital innovation opportunities.</li></ul>6.

Solution Delivery & Adoption<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead requirements gathering, process qualification documentation (PQD), solution validation, and user acceptance testing activities.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support deployment and production readiness of analytical and digital solutions.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor model performance and continuously improve solution effectiveness.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive adoption through training, coaching, documentation, and change management activities.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure realization of intended business outcomes and measurable value from deployed solutions.</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE: <ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5–7 years of experience in Data Science, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Enablement roles.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience building predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytics products.</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics, automation, and Machine Learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).</li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent BI platforms</li></ul>Ever feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
