Learning and Development Coordinator

As L&D Coordinator, you will support the accurate and timely execution of internal learning programs, from scheduling and learner communication to system administration, documentation, and reporting.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">You will help create a reliable learner experience by following established processes, maintaining accurate learning data, and supporting facilitators and stakeholders. You will be based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, and will report to the Team Leader L&D Support.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate learning program logistics, including scheduling, enrollments, learner communication, materials, and follow-up activities</li><li>Maintain accurate learning records, documentation, system entries, certificates, evaluation forms, and other program data</li><li>Provide timely, service-oriented support to learners, facilitators, managers, and stakeholders, escalating complex issues where needed</li><li>Support standard reporting and data quality by collecting, compiling, checking, and updating learning data</li><li>Follow established workflows, quality standards, and company policies while identifying opportunities to improve learning operations</li></ul> <br><strong>What you bring</strong><br><br><ul><li>MBO+ level of education, preferably in Learning and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field</li><li>Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in coordination, administration, HR, operations, or learning support</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and follow-up accurately</li><li>A service-oriented mindset and clear, timely, and professional communication style</li><li>Experience with learning systems, administrative systems, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools</li><li>Ability to work accurately with data, reports, Excel, or similar tools</li><li>Interest in using or learning AI-enabled tools for operational support, such as communication drafting or reporting assistance</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage</li></ul> <br><strong>What we offer</strong><br><br><ul><li>An international working environment, fueled by respect and a healthy work-life balance tailored to the business and team member’s needs</li><li>27 paid vacation days (based on fulltime contract) with option to purchase five additional days</li><li>This is mainly an on-site role</li><li>Commuting allowance of €0,23/km or full coverage of public transportation costs</li><li>A wide variety of internal trainings and development possibilities and a tuition program for external trainings</li><li>The opportunity to pro-actively work on your vitality and fitness</li><li>State-of-the-art facilities, including green areas, in-house restaurant and gym<br /> </li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong>Additional benefits, such as:</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><ul><li>Attractive pension scheme (your contribution at 4%, ours at 12%)</li><li>€50 net monthly health insurance contribution</li><li>Two (paid) days per year dedicated to volunteering activities</li><li>Several fun company events and meaningful initiatives organized throughout the year</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> <br />At Applied Medical, we are committed to make a meaningful, positive difference, each and every day.
