
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales & Administration Assistant This position works out of our location in Baar, Switzerland in the Diabetes Core division where we are helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. Primary Objective of Position Coordinates and executes all relevant sales and administrative tasks to ensure optimal support of General Manager ACH and Sales Manager CH.
Major Accountabilities Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements. Position reports to the Business Unit Director and interacts closely with the Sales Manager, the Sales team and Marketing in compliance with Abbott Quality /Regulatory-/Medical-/Legal requirements.
Sales budget for sales area: Tracking & Reporting CRM System: Administration of the customer base and analyses per sales area Customer segmentation and targeting: Creation of customer lists & statistics Sales Meetings and Training: Organization and Logging Contracts, Sponsoring: Development and documentation according to compliance guidelines Inquiries from physicians or partners: Processing or forwarding to the responsible office Patient training: Organization, administration and reporting of KPIs, in cooperation with the sales force quotation system Purchase orders for General Manager ACH & Sales Management projects: Create, Manage and Accruals Samples: Orders, Tracking and Inventory Assistant to General Manager ACH and Sales Manager Switzerland: agenda coordination; expenses, travel bookings, meeting coordination. Occasional travel bookings for sales team Development or adaptation of project or strategy presentations based on inputs from General Manager ACH Coordination of employee interviews, new entries and exits Representation marketing assistance, or possibly for selective needs: organization of congresses, events, e.g.
Qualification: Concluded commercial apprenticeship Good language skills, independent correspondence in German, French, English, Italian language is a plus 4-5 years' experience in a similar position Practical knowledge and understanding of administrative tasks in sales and marketing. Committed, independent personality who keeps the overview even in hectic times Knowledge of medical device industry and local market conditions Strong organizational skills and ability to perform tasks independently and reliably Knowledge of common office software (e.g.
