The role will enable optimization and standardization of financial planning processes, reporting routines, cost accounting policies, and analytical insights across TGO. <br />This leader will partner closely with TGO Finance, TGO Leadership Team, site finance teams, and Corporate Finance to support business decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive transparency into TGO financial performance.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>How You’ll Spend Your Day</b></H2></div><div><ul><li>Lead, prepare, coordinate, consolidate, and explain TGO financial results for actuals, quarterly forecasts, and the Annual Operating Plan across all P&L elements.</li><li>Ensure alignment of TGO financial reporting with Corporate FP&A and act as the key point of contact for Corporate FP&A.</li><li>Design, continuously improve, lead, and manage TGO annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning financial processes, providing process and content guidance to TGO units and sites.</li><li>Develop, design, and implement new and existing systems, reports, and analytical tools to improve management support, forecast accuracy, and financial analysis.</li><li>Standardize and streamline cost accounting booking, reconciliation processes, reporting routines, and analytical reports with clear methodologies across sites and business units.</li><li>Provide sites with tools, uniform templates, and reporting frameworks that support accounting policies and enable consistent, accurate actual and forecast reporting.</li><li>Provide visibility through disciplined reporting and systems architecture, removing bottlenecks and layers to support accountability, transactional clarity, focused KPIs, and management decision-making.</li><li>Make TGO financial drivers transparent by mining, interpreting, and explaining financial data; continuously improve TGO financial reporting and insights.</li><li>Provide financial support for TGO strategic initiatives, including network optimization, product strategy, and development of TGO key performance indicators.</li><li>Lead and develop a global, diverse team of analysts and build a professional FP&A and cost accounting community across TGO.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Your Skills and Experience</b></H2></div><div><ul><li>At least 10-15 years of financial experience, including managerial experience; experience in a manufacturing organization is an advantage.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>Capability to manage complex, cross-company processes and lead global stakeholders through change.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills, including leading teams and influencing stakeholders globally.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; decisive, resilient, adaptable, and flexible.</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle pressure and deadlines.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>How We’ll Take Care of You</b></H2></div><div>At Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
