Provide on-line maintenance support. Maintain all safety standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Shift Hours: Thursday - Sunday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM</strong></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What You'll do as a Maintenance Technician II</b></H2></div><div><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains and repairs electronic equipment and industrial controls following blueprints and manufacturers' specifications, and using hand tools and test instruments.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts using the appropriate hand tools.

Aligns, adjusts and calibrates equipment according to specifications.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Tests faulty equipment and applies knowledge of functional operations and electronic units and systems to diagnosis cause of malfunction. </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Converses with equipment operators to troubleshoot problems with equipment before breakdown and to determine if breakdown is due to human error or a mechanical problem.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains and operates low-pressure steam boiler and air compressors. </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains maintenance records as required.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures one’s safety and the safety of others while maintaining and repairing the equipment.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures that the premises are clean and orderly.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Suggests ways and methods to improve the quality of products and services offered.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensures that health and safety instructions and policies established by the organization are respected and applied while executing his tasks.</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed</b></H2></div><div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required: </strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or GED.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">2-5 years of related work experience (Automatic packaging equipment, electrical, mechanical and electronics).</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">2 years of experience in using various hand tools.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">2 years of experience in production equipment maintenance.</li></ul><p style="font-size: 12pt;"> </p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred: </strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Vocational/Technical Certification in automation and manufacturing equipment repair and maintenance.</li></ul><p style="font-size: 12pt;"> </p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Other: </strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to perform tasks requiring several physical movements (kneeling, bending, throwing, etc.)</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read/understand blueprints, equipment manuals, and industrial standards.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated skill set to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical and mechanical production equipment, including basic PLC troubleshooting, in order to support the requirements of Operations.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work effectively and react appropriately with shifting priorities and rapid change.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manual skills and precision.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Good communication skills.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Physical strength.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Time and priority management.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to make recommendations.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
