Rotating days.</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $26.00 per hour plus bonus and benefits.</strong></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist I</H2></div><div><p>• Interpret technical prints.<br />• Setup, operate and adjust machining equipment for production efficiency with supervision.<br />• Monitors quality of parts produced to ensure customer requirements are met.<br />• Abides by all Company safety and health policies and procedures.<br />• Must use personal protective equipment if required.<br />• Aware of and conforms to company ISO goals and objectives, and supports company ISO requirements.<br />• Aware of and actively participates in company’s Lean philosophy of continuous improvement.<br />• Ensures measuring devices used to check product quality are calibrated prior to use.<br />• Maintains in-process product identification.<br />• Follows procedure for handling nonconforming parts</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed</H2></div><div><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><p><br />• High school diploma or equivalent<br />• Vocational/Technical - CNC Machining degree or<br />• Minimum one plus years CNC Machine operation<br />• Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel</p><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Vocational/Technical CNC Machining, Machine/Tool Technology degree<br />Minimum two to three years CNC Machining operation <br />Data entry system experience <br />CAM software reading experience <br />Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>What STERIS Offers</H2></div><div><p>We value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being and financial future.
