
Process Manufacturing Engineer II

This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of building systems, utilities, and production equipment while leading the maintenance team to deliver high performance and minimize downtime.
The position also oversees compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in alignment with EHS guidelines, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and sustainability goals.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Duties</H2></div><div><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and technical expertise.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Supervises, plans, and administers department activities providing a safe work environment</li><li>Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. Ensure optimal performance of utilities and building infrastructure.</li><li>Develop, Implement and Drive a maintenance plan & program to meet operational requirements focused to minimize the down time in production.
