This position will play an instrumental role in support of our Continuous Improvement program, product cost reduction programs and our in-house ME testing lab. </p><p>The Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer position will be responsible for delivering assigned responsibilities/projects on time and will also support the mentoring/training of fellow engineering staff in the proper application of advanced engineering concepts and techniques.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>What You'll Do as a Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer</H2></div><div><ul><li>Provide senior-level technical support, training and guidance for all assigned engineering projects</li><li>Support and provide expert guidance and training for fellow engineers and peers</li><li>Provide technical support to all manufacturing departments and assigned new-product development projects</li><li>Write, and or, update work instructions/part specifications, validation protocols, test reports, routine engineering reports, proofread and update technical documents (ECOs, MPs, QCs, rework instruction and cost) </li><li>Interface with Internal and external resources in the review of the design changes and product line enhancements</li><li>Engineering Project Management: develop/plan, manage and lead assigned engineering projects (cost savings/continuous improvement projects)</li><li>Perform detailed engineering assessments including, Process Capability (CPK), line layouts and line rebalancing initiatives, flow optimization and automation projects </li><li>Support the organization growth initiatives and actively participate in the new product line introductions </li><li>Actively participate in the organizations Operational Excellence program and provide the training and guidance required to support our associate’s growth in the understanding and application of Lean improvement process</li><li>Analyze and review current requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, and workspace for maximum efficiency</li><li> Share in the coordination of the development and control of the company capital expense budgets</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>The Experience, Abilities, and Skills Required</H2></div><div><ul><li>5 years of engineering experience AND a Bachelor's Degree in engineering</li><li>A Master’s Degree in engineering is preferred</li></ul><p>#LI-BN1</p></div></div></div> <p>Pay range for this opportunity is $107,525.00 - $139,150.00.<span style="color:black"> This position is eligible for bonus participation.</span></p><p> </p><p>Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
