
Precision Assembler I - 2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What you will do as a Precision Assembler</b></H2></div><div><p>1.
Perform assembly-type functions, using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses consistently at or above production targets</p><p>2. Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.</p><p>3.
Inform Team Lead of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes.</p><p>4. Operate equipment needed to perform job.</p><p>5.
Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment and following standard work.</p><p>6. Submit Safety Observations through Safety Program and new Ideas through Ideas Program.</p><p>7.
Update the Hour by Hour Board and complete Pareto charts.</p><p>8. Meet quality assurance requirements, complete DHRs, and perform Process Monitoring.</p><p>9.
