margin: 0px'>What you will do as a Mobile Sterilization Service Specialist:</H2></div><div><p>Primary Responsibilities – New and Relocation Installations (90%)</p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct pre-installation audits of hospital utilities to ensure readiness for equipment setup.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete all service documentation related to installation activities.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Verify that delivered equipment aligns with customer specifications.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Commission the STERIS Mobile SPD (Sterile Processing Department) by setting up, leveling, and expanding the 53-foot expandable trailer unit.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Make all internal mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections; load ancillary equipment such as sinks, prep and pack stations, transport carts, and manifolds.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct and coordinate onsite trade workers (e.g., drivers, electricians, plumbers, general contractors) for final facility connections.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide operational in-service training on the Mobile SPD to clients.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Obtain client signatures upon commissioning completion and submit documentation to the Project Manager.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain deployed Mobile SPD units, including performing field upgrades, modifications, preventive maintenance, installations, and responding to customer requests.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the primary customer liaison during deployment, managing relationships and conducting regular progress meetings.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform quarterly and annual maintenance on deployed units across North America.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Decommission Mobile SPD units by disconnecting utilities and unloading all ancillary equipment.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct onsite trades during decommissioning and ensure proper disconnection from facility sources.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Obtain client sign-off upon decommissioning and file documentation with the Project Manager.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>What you will do as a Mobile Sterilization Service Specialist, continued:</H2></div><div><p>Administrative and Documentation Responsibilities (10%)</p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage assets for all assigned STERIS equipment.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Purchase and maintain inventory to support Mobile SPD operations.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate service records in Siebel for all performed work.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete and close out all Mobile SPD-related service requests.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:</H2></div><div><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">High School Diploma</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">5-8 Years technical service experience, preferably with medical equipment.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Preferred Experience:</H2></div><div><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Specific knowledge of Siebel applications preferred.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Completion of mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical school training preferred.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of installation processes, including but not limited to pre-installation requirement and construction (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong project management skills.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to research and understand City, State, and Federal construction or building codes preferred.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to read and understand blueprints.</li></ul></div></div></div> <p>Pay range for this opportunity is $30.65 - $39.67. <span style="color:black">This position is eligible for bonus participation.</span></p><p> </p><p>Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
