<div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Position Summary</H2></div><div><p>The position of Project Maintenance Technician is a hands-on position, that provides technical expertise and<br />oversees and participates in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility equipment to reduce downtime<br />while increasing operational efficiency in a validated cGMP environment. This equipment includes machinery,<br />buildings, computer systems, control systems, safety, and security systems.

Additionally, this position includes<br />responsibility for maintaining shop tools, inventory, and keeping the department’s CMMS (computerized maintenance<br />management system) updated all while adhering to Lean and 5S principles. The position must be proficient in the<br />requirements of the Technician Maintenance and Project Technician positions and may be required to provide training<br />to the technicians in these roles.

This position will also be required to support after hours emergency response<br />activities on an as needed basis. You will use your skill set to successfully complete projects that include<br />troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and developing new solutions that improve performance and<br />functionality.</p><p>Pay range for this opportunity is $29.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE</p><p>Shift is 6pm-6am rotating schedule with a $3 shift differential </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Duties</H2></div><div><ul><li> Performs technical troubleshooting on a variety of modalities, technologies, and locations.

Performs regularly<br />scheduled preventative maintenance on high volume, validated processing equipment. Reviews preventative<br />maintenance tasks for effectiveness and frequency and recommends any continuous improvement changes or<br />Lean practices for implementation to management.</li><li> Diagnoses potential or actual equipment issues through observation, problem identification, and analysis, utilizing<br />available information (e.g., cycle printouts, blueprints, schematics); after-which ensuring appropriate and efficient<br />corrective action.</li><li>Completes operations and project work through construction and/or installation of systems including electrical,<br />mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while complying with all federal and state safety regulations<br />and local safety policies and procedures, including ensuring employee safety by adhering to all Lock Out/Tag<br />Out procedures, and following SDS safety procedures when using chemicals.</li><li> Ensures appropriate work instructions are developed and implemented.

This will ensure less experienced<br />technicians can perform tasks as they become routine in nature.
