ensuring they are decontaminated, cleaned, inspected, sterilized, correctly assembled within a timely manner and ready for the next case.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Operates all mechanical machinery within the department such as, but not limited to, cart washers, instrument washers, steam sterilizers, low temp sterilizers, ultrasonic and drying cabinets within sterile processing.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Uses the implemented Track & Trace system established within the sterile processing department for all tasks and products processed.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide feedback, set clear expectations, and drive accountability and professional growth.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Support the planning and execution of new employee orientation, on-the-job training, in-service education, and quality assurance programs in coordination with the manager.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Play a key role in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching Customer employees as outlined in the contract.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Oversee all aspects of sterile processing operations, including decontamination, cleaning, assembly, sterilization, and storage—ensuring compliance with all professional standards and regulations.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Step in to perform Sterile Processing Technician duties when needed to maintain service excellence and meet delivery timelines.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Serve as a communication bridge by following the proper chain of command and responding to Customer and end-user inquiries during and after business hours.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Assist in reviewing documentation related to STERIS Standard Operating Procedures and ensure team compliance with all policies.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Conduct daily observations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance employee performance and compliance.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">4+ years’ experience in Sterile Processing</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">1+ years’ experience in leadership (supervisor level or above with direct reports) OR 2+ years of lead experience. </li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">CRCST or CBSPD Certification and additional certification (i.e. instrument specialist, flexible endoscope, healthcare leader, manager, STERIS Assessment) required.
