margin: 0px'><b>What You'll Do as a VHP Application Engineer</b></H2></div><div><p><strong> Lead Technical Solutions & Project Execution</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Design and support integration of VHP systems across applications such as isolators, filling lines, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and pass-through chambers</li><li>Own project lifecycle activities—from pre-order support through execution, cycle development, and final delivery</li><li>Perform and/or lead VHP cycle development, including planning, execution, and documentation</li><li>Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams</li><li>Conduct equipment demonstrations to support Customer decision-making and sales growth</li></ul><p><strong>Partner with Sales & Influence Growth</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Act as the technical lead on Customer projects, supporting solution development and integration strategy</li><li>Develop specifications, system configurations, and special sales quotes (SSQs)</li><li>Support pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity development alongside account managers</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and end users to influence specifications and position STERIS solutions early in projects</li></ul><p><strong>Drive Industry Impact & Thought Leadership</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Build strong relationships through Customer engagement, trade shows, and professional organizations</li><li>Lead Customer trainings, webinars, and seminars to educate and promote best practices</li><li>Identify new applications, partners, and opportunities to expand VHP solutions</li><li>Provide voice-of-Customer feedback to influence product innovation and continuous improvement</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed.</b></H2></div><div><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field</li><li>1-2 years proven industry experience in working with VHP applications in Life Sciences Industry or 3+ years technical application engineering experience with capital equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering principles and system integration</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with Customer-facing experience</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
