<div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Position Summary</H2></div><div><div>We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an Electromechanical Assembler on a <strong>fixed-term contract</strong>.</div><p>Work is performed in well-lit, environmentally controlled area. Under general supervision assembles various electronic, electric, plastic and metal components using hand and automated equipment.

Other duties are performed as defined by Supervisor. </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Duties</H2></div><div><ul type="disc"><li>Perform visual sorting or inspection of incoming raw materials and/or production assemblies as directed, to meet quality standards through production process.</li><li>Assemble components according to standard procedures, drawings, electrical schematics or different supervisor instructions if required. </li><li>Interact with other functions (Quality, Warehouse) in order to share information and/or fix problems when necessary.</li><li>Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets or other fastening devices.</li><li>Performs hand soldering, wire cutting, stripping and pinning of cables, quality assurance testing on certain sub-assemblies and packaging of certain finished products.</li><li>Use hand drills, tools, automated tapers, crimper, soldering iron.</li><li>Able to perform other tasks if required by supervisor.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Education Degree</H2></div><div><div>High School Diploma or GED</div></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Required Experience</H2></div><div><ul type="disc"><li>High school diploma required. 6 to 12 months related assembly experience desired.</li><li>General understanding of English (both spoken and written) is desired.</li><li>Must have general knowledge of basic assembly tools and their intended use.</li><li>Material handling (occasional heavy loads) according to EHS procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Able to work in a sitting or standing position and/or twist or turn the body continuously throughout the day. </li><li>Job requires repetitive movement of both hands continuously, six to eight hours daily.</li><li>Assembly of components requires good vision as well as color distinction. </li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Compensation</H2></div><div><p>In line with our commitment to transparency and equal pay, we provide the following information:</p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Salary Range: </strong>26.567€ - 29.000€</li><li><strong>NCBA: </strong>Chimica, Concia e Settori Accorpati, CONFAPI</li></ul></div></div></div> <p>STERIS strives to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. </p>
