<div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Position Summary</H2></div><div><p>Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple manufacturing operations projects that include the following: cost reduction, process improvement, new product development implementation, and integration projects with company strategy, commitments and goals.</p><p><br />Responsible for making sure multiple manufacturing operations projects are completed within a specific set of restraints. These constraints may include time, money, people and materials.

Projects must be completed to a high level of quality.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>What You'll Do as a Project Engineer</H2></div><div><ul><li>Lead the initiation, planning, implementation, and closure of multiple projects, varying in size and scope and recommend revisions in project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.</li><li>Facilitate the definition of projects’ scope, goals and deliverables.</li><li>Lead Operations Steering Committee (OSC) projects of varying complexity with average supervision/guidance/coaching.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes.</li><li>Ensure adherence to the OSC project management process and accurate/effective updates to the OSC.</li><li>Ensure project documents are generated on time and accurately.</li><li>Utilize the project dashboard to identify and communicate risks, issues, mitigation, and change management per the approved project charter.</li><li>Identify critical issues and contingency plans on projects.</li><li>Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.</li><li>Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions for superior and upper management, as needed.</li><li>Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.</li><li>Consistently monitor and report on progress of multiple projects to appropriate stakeholders.</li><li>Understand ROI cost savings and make decisions and recommendations accordingly.</li><li>Thoroughly understand and execute projects within the OSC project management process/Phase gate approval process.</li><li>Challenge CFT and CCT members while serving as a role model and mentor.
