<div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Position Summary</b></H2></div><div><p>The Training and Development Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills, development, and performance for Americas Commercial Operations (Healthcare). The Manager will monitor training program effectiveness and stay updated on training trends.</p><p> </p><p>The Manager will ensure sustainability of standard work, and measure effectiveness of process improvements.

This role will also support continuous improvement goals by defining the strategy for KPI management and by completing quarterly and annual report outs to key internal stakeholders across the global business.
