margin: 0px'><b>What You'll Do: </b></H2></div><div><ul><li>Supports continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and completing continuous improvement cards.</li><li>Trained to entry-level processes and is able to work independently.</li><li>Understands what is critical to quality at the processes where they are trained.</li><li>Has basic awareness of the electronic systems used in operations, but minimal to no interaction with the system(s).</li><li>Minimal cross-training, limited to core processes in the area.</li><li>Has a basic understanding of the product flow upstream/downstream of the stations where they are working.</li><li>Good communication with their peers of the immediate work cell/line.</li><li>Willingly and proactively collaborates with others to achieve operational goals.</li><li>Fully aware of the quality of own work and that of others around you</li><li>Works with energy, passion, and drives towards goals with professionalism and respect; operates in a way that creates an atmosphere of achievement.</li><li>Performs daily job duties in a safe manner and keeps their work area clean and organized at all times.</li><li>Performs any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.</li><li>Consistent ability to meet production goals for assigned processes while maintaining quality standards for the product.</li><li>Employee workmanship and documentation standards regularly meet all of our quality standards and GMP practices</li><li>Works well with others in the value stream and offers support when help is needed in a different area.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Skills, Abilities, and Experience: </b></H2></div><div><p><strong><em>Required:</em></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. </li><li>Must be able to read, understand, and carry out written and verbal instructions on performing the job as well as safety procedures.</li><li>Adheres to all company and departmental safety policies and guidelines</li><li>Capable of following detailed assembly instructions, both written and verbal.</li><li>Complies with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.</li><li>Consistently adheres to attendance and punctuality guidelines.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em><strong>Preferred:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing and/or highly regulated environment.</li><li>Experience working with STERIS manufacturing processes, SOPs, and trainings. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Other:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Up to 100% sitting, standing and walking in an 8-hour workday, more if working overtime.</li><li>Bending 30% of the time.</li><li>Walking 50% of the time.</li><li>Standing, sitting, typing, hand manipulation, and visual acuity 100% of the time.</li><li>Ability to continuously wear personal protective equipment and/or clean room attire.<ul><li>work overtime as required.</li><li>lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.</li><li>operate power tools/equipment and hand tools.</li><li>work with or around chemicals.</li><li>occasionally lift 25-50lbs.</li></ul></li><li>Safety Sensitive Position.</li></ul><p> </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
