Logistics and Distribution Executive

The Position Join Us as a Logistics and Distribution Executive Are you passionate about logistics, distribution, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization? We’re looking for a Logistics and Distribution Executive who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do As our Logistics and Distribution Executive, you will: Apply your deep understanding of logistics and distribution practices, including GDP standards. Execute SLCI (System for Launch and Change Implementation) work steps to ensure smooth product transitions.

Serve as a back-up Export Control Officer, supporting compliance and regulatory processes. Manage 3PL contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Utilize inventory management tools and apply best practices to optimize operations. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse teams. Interpret basic financial reports (e.g., PnL) to support decision-making.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones. Monitor screening activities, including blocked partners or transactions.

Leverage your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to drive operational excellence. Who You Are We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.

You are someone who: Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Has 2–3 years of experience in logistics and distribution.

Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting is an advantage. Is proficient in SAP TM and MS Excel, especially in analytics and mass data processing.

Communicates effectively in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Is an effective negotiator and presenter. Values teamwork, but can also work independently with confidence.
