
Senior Brand Advisor, Pet Vaccine
THE POSITION: Brand Advisor/Senior Brand Advisor, Pet Join our Animal Health team in Thailand as Brand Advisor/Senior Brand Advisor and help shape the growth of strategic companion animal brands in a dynamic, fast-growing pet healthcare market. In this role, you will translate customer and market insights into impactful brand strategies, campaigns, and cross-functional execution plans that improve pet health outcomes.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. · Lead brand planning and execution for Pet Vaccine and Pet Therapeutics portfolios (Pain management portfolio and Pexion) in Thailand. · Collaborate closely with sales, technical, regulatory, supply chain, and regional teams to drive customer-focused growth. · Use market data, customer understanding, and strong execution discipline to strengthen brand performance and customer engagement. Tasks & responsibilities · Develop annual brand plans, growth initiatives, and execution roadmaps for Pet Vaccine and Pet Therapeutics products (Pain Management and Pexion). · Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities and risks. · Create customer campaigns, launch activities, promotional materials, and educational initiatives aligned with brand strategy and compliance standards. · Partner with sales and technical teams to translate strategy into field execution, customer engagement plans, and measurable commercial outcomes. · Monitor budget, sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and key performance indicators; recommend actions to improve results. · Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, veterinarians, and key customers to support long-term portfolio growth.
Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product management, or marketing, preferably in animal health, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG business. · Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business acumen with proven experience turning insights into practical actions. · Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Good understanding of companion animal healthcare, veterinary clinic customers, and the Thai pet market is an advantage. · Fluent in Thai and proficient in English, with confident presentation and business writing skills.
