Your Mission Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Conduct incoming inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, and electrical/mechanical safety testing using approved procedures and test equipment. Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and repeat issues. Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and equipment history records in compliance with company and regulatory
requirements. Provide technical training and in-service support to medical staff and biomedical personnel on proper operation, diagnostics, and safe use of equipment Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and infection control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Support sales and marketing activities, including live demonstrations, product evaluations, and customer-facing technical support. Your Talents Bachelor’s/College Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Graduates of recognized vocational or technical training programs in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering may be considered. At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in medical equipment service, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field. Demonstrated proficiency in service documentation, monitoring, reporting, and file management. Strong working knowledge of hospital systems, operating room environments, and medical devices. Proven planning, design, and technical problem-solving skills. Willingness to be assigned in BGC and to undertake provincial and international service assignments as required. Displays a high level of professionalism, integrity, and work discipline. Strong customer focus with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and hospital personnel.
