Tasks & Responsibilities Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines Provide support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks Assist in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems and tools Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements Our Future Employee University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively High learning agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency in business English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus Eager to learn and grow within the field of Third-Party Risk Management Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Open to working in a Speak-Up culture, contributing ideas, and participating in process optimization initiatives Amenable to working night shifts and flexible with changing work schedules, as required Click here to know what it looks like working at Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines Inc.
