Janux Therapeutics is seeking a scientifically curious and motivated Senior Scientist with demonstrated abilities to work in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will design, develop and execute in vitro assays for compound characterization using multicolor flow cytometry, cell-based functional assay, MSD, Octet, and other relevant technologies, as well as develop murine models for efficacy evaluation and mechanism-of-action (MoA) investigations.
This position is hands-on and requires strong experimental execution, data interpretation, communication, CRO management and documentation of results that enable the advancement of novel research molecules toward development candidates. Strong candidates will be creative, collaborative, and passionate about drug discovery and development.
Expertise in tumor biology, immunology and pharmacology is required. As a strategic team member, you will directly support decision-making for pipeline programs as they progress from early Research through IND-enabling studies, IND submission and clinical development.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Pharmacology.
