
You will be dealing with Excimer laser process which includes but not limited to laser alignment, laser energy verification & calibration, hazardous gases, leak test, optics cleaning, HV (high voltage) parts maintenance, chemicals and pneumatics.
You are accountable for machine troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance in timely matters.
You will utilize schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions, layouts, or defined plans to conduct testing, checkout, and solving tasks
You analyse and document test results, preparing written reports
You perform equipment-related activities in development projects under the supervision of the project engineer, including the assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes, and electronics, as well as completing engineering studies and validations
You adhere to Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program
You assume and perform additional duties as assigned
You finish the tasks in compliance with safety requirements
You update equipment-related documentation (manuals, drawings, and specifications) as needed
You are proficient in using hand and power tools, multimeters, amp meters, manufacturing test equipment, and calipers
You can read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications
You can write routine reports, pass downs, and correspondence
You effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers, and managers
You possess knowledge of high reliability, high volume manufacturing equipment and processes
You have technical writing skills applied to manufacturing documentation and process development, with experience in crafting and revising technical documentation
