
Contract & Vendor Management
Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of IT vendor contracts and service agreements.
Maintain a centralized repository of contracts, ensuring timely renewals, compliance, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, contract negotiations, and service delivery follow-ups.
Track contract milestones, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Portfolio & Financial Support
Support the IT portfolio team in tracking project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
Monitor procurement activities and ensure alignment with budgetary controls and procurement policies.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to process purchase requisitions, invoices, and payments.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and vendor engagements.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements in contract and portfolio management practices.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support, vendor management, or commercial operations.
Familiarity with IT procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, and financial tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
Understanding of ITIL or project portfolio management (PPM) frameworks.
Experience with contract management tools or platforms.
