
Provide support to Dutch-speaking Dexcom users via phone, email, and web forms.
Assist with inquiries related to Dexcom apps, software, and hardware, offering clear troubleshooting and guidance.
Act as the first point of contact for users and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality service.
Maintain and update user accounts, process replacements, and follow up as needed.
Participate in product training and stay up to date with new releases.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to a high-performing support team by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices.
You’re fluent in both Dutch (or Flemish) and English, with strong communication skills across all channels.
You’re confident using Windows and major web browsers and have experience supporting mobile apps (iOS & Android) and cloud-based systems.
You have a natural talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with excellent customer service and phone skills.

Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
