In our highly entrepreneurial environment, employees are empowered and the opportunity for professional development occurs every day. Overview Senior Director, Project Management, leads the Immuno-Inflammatory (II) Program Team strategic planning efforts in the US and Rest-of-World (ROW).

Works with team to define and implement the program team strategy and operational plans. Scope of responsibilities extends from preclinical development through BLA and post-marketing commitments.

Responsibilities Program Team Leadership - Provides project management leadership for the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team (multi-product team). Strategy Partners closely with cross-functional team members and functional leadership to define and execute the development strategy for each product.

Constructs and maintains cross-functional integrated strategic Product Development Plans (PDP’s) for each product. Develops working understanding of assigned products and associated indications.

Includes reviewing journal articles and other sources of information to support creation of the product strategy. Timelines Creates and maintains cross-functional product timelines.

Aligns program teamwork with corporate objectives and guidance from senior leadership. Identifies ways to accelerate the program execution where possible while maintaining high quality standards.

Creates and maintains portfolio level timelines (all programs) for presentation to Executive Leadership Risk Identification and Mitigation Actively conducts program risk assessments and critical path analyses to ensure team deliverables are being appropriately tracked and met. Includes leading the development of necessary risk mitigation strategies.

Identifies and escalates program issues to ensure effective resolution in a timely manner. Collaboration and Communication Cultivates strong working relationships and provides strong advocacy for a collaborative approach by working closely with cross-functional team members and functional leadership.

Ensures and supports effective program related decision making. Serves as a mentor to team members (all levels) to improve communication, planning and collaboration skills.

Creates and maintains meeting summaries for program team meetings and other PM led ad hoc meetings. Document Management - Maintains team SharePoint site.

Process Improvement - Leads or supports ad hoc process improvement teams as required. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project/program manager leading complex pharmaceutical or biologic projects (Preclinical through NDA/BLA) in a multi-disciplinary, global environment.

Prior experience supporting immunology, inflammatory diseases, dermatology, or allergy is a plus. Proven leadership experience in managing a global, cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in strategic planning, risk mitigation and operational problem solving.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to effectively influence without hierarchical authority in an environment with minimal business processes. Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members to improve communication, planning and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations or emerging challenges. Proactively takes the lead to resolve an issue or challenge.

Smartsheet (or equivalent software): Intermediate proficiency required; advanced proficiency is a plus. Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel): Demonstrated intermediate proficiency or higher is required Travel: up to 10% Compensation Statement The expected base salary for this position is: $203157.00 to $263841.00.

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
