Position Summary You will lead the China HIV franchise, owning commercial strategy, P&L, and launch readiness.

You will work closely with local teams, cross-functional partners, and global colleagues to translate science into better care for people living with HIV. We value strategic thinking, clear execution, and compassionate leadership.

These responsibilities include some of the following: - Own China HIV franchise commercial strategy, P&L performance, and long-term growth planning. - Lead launch planning and lifecycle management for the HIV portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution and course correction. - Translate market and customer insights into clear commercial plans with measurable targets. - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team across sales, marketing, and operations. - Partner with medical, market access, regulatory, supply, and global teams to align strategy and enable access. - Set clear performance metrics, budget plans, and resource priorities to deliver results. Why You?

This role is based in China and is primarily on-site with flexible hybrid working arrangements. Occasional travel across China and to regional/global meetings will be required.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, medicine, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant HIV or infectious disease experience preferred. - Proven P&L ownership and track record of delivering revenue and profit growth. - Demonstrated success leading product launches and lifecycle management. - Strong people leadership experience managing multi-functional teams in complex markets. - Proficiency in Mandarin and English for day-to-day business communication. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field. - Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies or with global franchise teams. - Deep knowledge of China healthcare system, reimbursement, and payer landscape. - Strong experience in market access, pricing, and contracting strategies. - Familiarity with digital channels, omnichannel customer engagement, and data-driven commercial decision making. - Track record of building partnerships with patient groups, advocacy organizations, and external stakeholders.
