Development and / or revise training materials for processes, ensuring the creation of standardized, optimized, and easy to read material which provides trainers with a standard approach and practice.
Organize all area training with new employees. Perform area recertification training when required.
Support creation and implementation of On-the-Job training and work instructions for new or existing processes. Provide timely manufacturing training metrics to area master trainer.
Assist in delivery of specific on the job training and development initiatives for new hires, contractors, and employees. Evaluate performance of area trainers.
Own CAPA action records when vital. Lead training effectiveness projects (job audits, etc) Experienced in working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
Able to work cross-functionally. Ability to lead and co-ordinate multiple priorities and sophisticated problems.
Able to apply compliance knowledge and independent judgment. Good attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
Highly proficient communicator, both verbal and written, and be able to convey ideas and training strategy across the assigned manufacturing area. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent experience, or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old. 2-3 yrs. experience in training is required. Requires fundamental English communication skills, both written and spoken, sufficient to interact with other team members.
Understand communicated and documented safety and quality instructions, read, and comprehend written work instructions – including words and drawings. Must demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematics.
Proficient in how to use a calculator and measurement tools as well as basic hand tools. Must have basic computer and mathematics skills.

To that end, this position has a pay rate of $53,934.40 annually. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
