Employment type: Agency Worker for 1 year Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain CRM Analytics applications, dashboards, datasets, recipes, and dataflows. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable business insights. Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM Analytics capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or similar BI platforms. Strong knowledge of CRM Analytics, data modeling, ETL processes, reporting architecture, and dashboard development.
Experience working with Salesforce products and integrating analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Proficiency in data visualization, data analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of SAQL, SOQL, JSON, Dataflows, Recipes, XMD, and data integration concepts is highly desirable. Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification and Salesforce development experience are advantageous.
