The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.</p><br /><p><b>Meet the team:</b><br />The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right team to support the stand up of manufacturing in our Ireland factory. </p><p></p><p>Working as a Production Team Lead (MA 4) on the lines at Dexcom can be a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Our production takes place predominantly in a cleanroom environment and the roles will interact with semi-automated and fully automated lines.
You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation) and ensuring the highest quality product reaches our customers <br />We are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, compliance with quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement.</p><p></p><p>Manufacturing Associate 4 (Production Team Leader) – in this role you will act as a liaison between Manufacturing Associates and the Manufacturing Supervisors.</p><p></p><p><b>Front End Day Shift </b><br />12-hour shift (7am – 7pm)</p><p>Every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays</p><p>Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule</p><p><b>Where you come in: </b></p><ul><li><p>You will direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the manufacturing operations.</p></li><li><p>You will inspect work of MA’s and keep documentations of yields and reject data.</p></li><li><p>You will act as liaison between operator and supervisor/manager.</p></li><li><p>You will execute agreed upon production plans and yields within designated area of production.</p></li><li><p>You will assist supervisor/manager in scheduling resources and equipment and conduct document training.</p></li><li><p>You will ensure on-time equipment maintenance and calibration.</p></li><li><p>You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations to FDA, ISO, etc.</p></li><li><p>You will interact with cross-functional departments, such as Quality , Engineering, and Planning, to resolve issues associated with quality, equipment, manufacturing systems, etc.</p></li><li><p>You will monitor progress, address challenges, and support team members in achieving deadlines and delivering quality work.</p></li><li><p>You will encourage collaboration, foster a positive working environment, and resolve conflicts constructively.</p></li><li><p>You will identify opportunities for professional development and coach team members to help them grow in their roles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What makes you successful: </b></p><ul><li><p>You have previous Team Lead experience (an advantage)</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate strong computer literacy</p></li><li><p>You are mechanically minded with strong problem-solving ability</p></li><li><p>You have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team</p></li><li><p>You have strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>You have experience in training and knowledge transfer</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate a high level of dexterity and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>You are eligible to work in Ireland</p></li><li><p>You are reliable and punctual, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently</p></li><li><p>You have the ability to work on complex tasks independently and collaboratively</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience and Education Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related medical device &cleanroom experience and a minimum of a level 6 diploma/certificate or equivalent.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll get:</b></p><ul><li><p>A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
