For more information, click here . What you will do The Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, tool development, analysis, and process management for transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
This position will provide financial support to one of the Tech & Data Leaders. Key responsibilities include: Trusted business partnership: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide financial insights, guidance , and support that enable informed business decisions.
Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR): Support CAR development by providing financial analysis and insights to inform capital investment and resource allocation decisions, leveraging a strong understanding of CapEx , Cloud Computing/SaaS, amortization, and depreciation concepts. Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare , analyze , and present financial reports and metrics for transformation initiatives, including variance analysis, forecasts, and quarterly and ad hoc project budget tracking.
Tool development and maintenance: Develop and maintain tools and models to support monthly FP&A activities , including resource planning, value case tracking, and budget management. Business Plan, Forecast cycles, and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP): Partner with project teams to update and maintain the Business Plan , forecast cycles, and LRFP, ensuring alignment with transformation priorities and financial targets.
Budget and value delivery tracking: Track and report budgets and value delivery across a portfolio of projects, including resource movements, spend, savings, technology savings, and headcount. SOX controls: Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and requirements , particularly related to financial reporting and data integrity.
Technical accounting and financial compliance : Ensure actuals are accurately reflected in financial statements while partnering closely with Financial Compliance, Technical Accounting , and Tech & Data business partners. Support testing and audits as needed.
Process improvement and innovation : Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and the adoption of innovative solutions. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.
Solid experience in finance, operations, or related business. Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e., PivotTables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings effectively to stakeholders. Must work well in a dynamic environment, recommend, and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent English proficiency.
Desired Qualifications: A MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and other financial reporting software.
