Position Summary You will join a collaborative procurement team in India that supports site and global needs.
You will manage supplier lifecycle tasks, support sourcing activities, and help deliver cost and service improvements. We value clear communication, practical problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.

These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage supplier lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contract renewals, and supplier performance monitoring. - Support sourcing activities by preparing documentation, running requests for quote, and coordinating with category teams. - Maintain supplier data and work with vendor master teams to ensure accurate records. - Monitor supplier KPIs and prepare clear reports that highlight cost, quality, and service opportunities. - Resolve stakeholder and supplier issues promptly and professionally. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and increase efficiency. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, supply chain, engineering, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or related operations. - Hands-on experience with procurement tools or ERPs such as Ariba, SAP, or equivalent systems. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating concise reports. - This role is primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility depending on business needs. - Good verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in a Global Delivery Centre, procurement shared services, or sourcing team. - Familiarity with supplier lifecycle processes including onboarding, master data, e-invoicing, and contract administration. - Basic knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and supplier performance frameworks. - Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - A mindset for continuous improvement and experience in process simplification or automation.
