The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market! Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g.

Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising) as well as third party agencies when required Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have: Around 2 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Proficient English and Dutch/German spoken and written Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus Results oriented, driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and MS Office products is huge plus.
