Find your future at Revvity Job Purpose: We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team on an 8-month fixed-term contract (25 hours per week) .
This position is responsible for assisting the Team Lead Accountant with the day to day accounting and finance operations in Spello and with the centre cost's accounting. The Financial accountant will assure that finance transactions are processed accurately and on timely basis into the Company accounting system, as well as being involved in month end closing and in all the other regular finance activity (budgeting, forecasting etc.).
The employee will also be focused on the activity of control of the stock (in terms of accuracy of BOMs, of the stock movements, in inventory activities, in analysis of the stock variances and so on) and of costs. Key Responsibilities File invoice to be accrued Intercompany reconciliations vat monthly and vat submission quarterly balances Industry house submission quarterly Tax monthly report on sales Italian invoices to be registered international invoices to be registered Customs duties Reminders to customers with uncollectible debts Extraction of account statements and reworking in excel files for reminders to critical customers self employed on monthly basis Finance tasks general support when requested Qualifications Basic qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or equivalent practical knowledge A first experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is an advantage Basic bookkeeping qualification or good knowledge of bookkeeping Skills & Knowledge: Experienced of maintaining the books and records of an Italian company Knowledge of Italian accounting standards Understanding of Italian taxation rules (Vat and local taxes) Level of English: Intermediate (B1) Ability to work to tight deadlines and strong problem solving skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in general in IT aspects Additional information : CCNL level : D3 - Chimico‑Farmaceutico Salary Range (100% FTE) : €29,260 - €35,200 Annual Base (prorated amount : €18,200 - €22,000) The salary range disclosed for this position is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, such as required skills, competencies, professional experience, and relevant industry experience.
Where applicable, the range is further aligned with the provisions and classification structures of the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA).”
