About the opportunity Join QIAGEN's global Business Travel team at our Hilden site near Düsseldorf and support employees across our international locations with the planning, booking, and coordination of business travel. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of travel services, ensure accurate travel administration, and help provide an excellent experience for our travelers worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional who enjoys working in an international environment and delivering high-quality service. Your tasks include Coordinating, booking, and managing global business travel arrangements for QIAGEN employees.
Supporting QIAGEN sites worldwide as part of the global Business Travel team. Maintaining travel-related master data using Amadeus Smart Flows.
Administering corporate travel accounts, including travel agency cards and employee corporate credit cards. Handling travel-related inquiries and resolving traveler issues in a professional and timely manner.
Managing travel-related complaints and coordinating appropriate solutions. Reviewing and verifying travel invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Your profile Completed vocational training as a Travel Consultant, Tourism Specialist, or a comparable qualification with a focus on business travel. Initial professional experience in corporate or business travel management.
Practical experience with AMADEUS Selling Platform Connect (Command Page), including ticketing activities. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively in an international and team-oriented environment.
