Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end registration and administration of medical education events through GEMS and global event platforms. • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance for all educational programs in accordance with Arthrex policies and local regulations. • Support product managers and distributors by leveraging training resources from Arthrex Global University. • Manage inventory, procurement, and SAP transactions related to educational materials, laboratory supplies, and training equipment. • Coordinate event logistics, including offsite workshops, cadaver labs, distributor trainings, product presentations, transportation, setup, and breakdown activities. • Maintain medical education equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functionality, repairs, replacements, and disposal of obsolete items. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, distributors, and hospital staff to deliver high-quality educational programs. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Biology, Medical Science, or a related discipline. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to develop training materials and support educational initiatives. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of influencing and working effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
